At Puzzle & Sip Café, we aim to provide a relaxing and rewarding experience for every guest. While most of our services are non-refundable due to their nature (like drink orders and puzzle usage), we do offer flexible solutions in the following cases: ☕ 1. Café Orders (Food & Drink) All food and beverage purchases are non-refundable once prepared. However, if there's an issue with quality or service, please speak to our staff immediately—we’ll gladly remake your order or offer a replacement. 🎲 2. Game Table Reservations & Workshops Full Refund available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation or event. 50% Refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking time. No Refund for no-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled time. 🧠 3. Memberships & Gift Cards All memberships and gift card purchases are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you wish to transfer to a friend or family member, just contact us.
