DMCA Notice Handling and Counterclaim Process Upon receipt of a lawful DMCA takedown request, we will remove the allegedly infringing content in accordance with copyright law. We may forward the original notice and contact information of the claimant to the content uploader. If you believe your content was removed unfairly, a counter-notice may be submitted. This must contain: Identification and location of the content prior to removal Your name, address, phone number, and email A sworn declaration under penalty of perjury asserting the takedown was a mistake An agreement to legal jurisdiction and to receive legal notices Your signed (physical or electronic) affirmation Should the counter-notice be valid and the claimant does not pursue legal action, we may restore the content.
